Early in 2010, Inland Seas of Suttons Bay received a grant to build 2 Opti sailboats. The boats
were built on Saturdays by local children. Each student was offered a full scholarship to sail at NYSS
in summer of 2010. The boats were given to NYSS. Inland Seas received another grant in 2011 and two more Optis
were built and donated to NYSS.
